Clients:Sam Mehta Come From:Dallas, Texas Itinery:Splendid Japan with Hokkaido

Our group of 12 friends just returned from a fantastic trip to Japan. The itinerary was well organized. The hotel accommodations were good, two or three even provided a unique Japanese style living experience, which we really enjoyed. Our group was largely vegetarian, and the tour company fulfilled our needs. We also enjoyed an interesting on-the-floor, sit-down, Japanese style dining experience. While we really liked everywhere we visited, Hokkaido turned out to be our most favorite area. Our tour guides: Tomo O., our guide for Hokkaido, was simply fabulous. She was organized, reviewed all tour plans in advance, attended to everyone's smallest needs, and patiently answered all questions. Jacky, a guide for Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka, on the other hand was immature, poorly interacted with the group, was ill-tempered, and did not seem to have the level of knowledge expected for a local tour guide. His boorish humor was offensive for a family-travel environment. I would recommend AmazTravel, but I am hopeful you have a different guide for Tokyo and Kyoto area.

We had a great experience in Japan last August - lovely people, beautiful scenery, variety of activities and delicious food. The rural experiences were unique and unforgettable. All these experiences helped us to have a deeper understanding and love the people more. Thanks to Hitomi for the awesome planning and services. She was always knowledgeable about the options available and was quick . Highly appreciated our driver Mr. Endo who helped a lot when my daughter was not feeling well at one point. He demonstrated a caring attitude throughout the journey. I wholeheartedly recommend Amaztravel as the best and professional travel agency. Visited August 2016
